When trying to come up with the name, we considered Solid Lotion, Hand Balm and Solid Salve. At that time we planned on using the product only on hands. After using it, though, we found it too good to not use anywhere we have dry skin, whether feet, elbows or knees, so we decided to call it body balm. The jojoba oil creates a long-lasting moisture and the avocado oil aligns the cells so the skin actually appears healthier and smoother.
